Heading 1 - Times New Roman, Font size 10, Bold, Roman Numbering (I, II, III...), Centre Justified, All capital letters. Sont>Times New Roman, Font size 10, Bold, Roman Numbering (I, II, III...), Centre Justified, All capital letters. Set spacing before 8 pt and after 4 pt.
Sub Headings
Heading 2 - Times New Roman, Font size 10, Capitalize first letter  of each word, left justified, set spacing before 6 pt and after 3 pt.

Text Size
Times New Roman, Font size 10, Justified. Set line spacing to multiple at 0.95. For lists use standard bullets or small romans.
References
Numbering [1] style as followed by IEEE, Times New Roman, Font size 8, Capitalize first letter of each word in paper title. Reference heading wouldn't be having any numbering.
Figures & Tables
Both figures and tables should be either at the start of the column or at the end. The caption of the figure should be below the figure, centralized, font size 8. The table caption should be above the table, centralized with font size 8. Follow the following format:

TABLE 1. ANALYSIS OVERVIEW

Figures and tables both be placed right after where they are cited in the text. Use as Fig. 1. when to refer the figure. Figures should be clear and understandable.
